  • Full spectrum of core work focusing on stability, strength and endurance.
  • Minimal props required.

ACROBATIC CORE CONDITIONING - Learn how to leverage your body weight efficiently. Apply awareness and technique to achieve balance for inversions and acrobatics.

  • Detailed instruction and comprehensive sequencing for inversions, transitions and other acrobatic endeavors.

  • Includes flexibility geared toward dynamic applications.

  • Core work is utilized to further stabilize the trunk for mastering the resistance of progressive transitions.
  • Minimal props required

MINDFUL CONTORTION - Gain flexibility safely and without guessing. Mindful contortion is for intermediate to advanced students who wish to increase flexibility. Students learn to safely and effectively stretch while simultaneously reinforcing proper alignment and posture.

  • Drawing on experience in gymnastics, ballet and circus training, Mindful Contortion makes the connection between strength and flexibility.

  • No forcing or pushing. Students are encouraged to use action and counteraction techniques, paired with proper breathing to further push their flexibility.

  • Instructions are grounded in anatomy. Skill specific joint actions are reinforced with conditioning and movement therapies.

YOGA SKILLS & DRILLS - Yoga skills & drills is an alignment focused yoga class that employs mindfulness and fitness to condition the body gracefully and efficiently. 

  • Mindfulness and pranayama techniques intertwine with clever yoga modifications to transport students to exciting breakthroughs.
  • Skill focused curriculum means that poses move in a progressive order and work together with counter poses for a thoroughly balanced practice.
  • Increase in global awareness and proprioception from skills and drills means improved alignment when applied in vinyasa practice.
